LOVE IT. I can't say that I follow these, but it's eye opening and I will FOR SURE strive to follow as many as I can. Small changes make a BIG difference.
If you have a chance- check out the movie/doc Food,Inc. It will totally change how you view food even more than this book already has. Its pretty mind-blowing. Seriously, please watch it.
Yea, I like the "eat only foods that will eventually rot" too! Mylon and I are so sentimental and we kept our "little Debbie" oatmeal snacks from our honeymoon, NOVEMBER 1993, and they look the same!!!! Pretty hard....I have kept them in plastic baggies all of these years! hahahah we are crazy. So, just imagine how bad those are for anybody!
so not the super yummy valentine cookie that i'm having for breakfast?? :)
Great rules but a little confused by #17: "Eat foods only cooked by a human."
I guess that means not to eat foods cooked by a muscrat, moose or a polar bear. Bummer.
