learning new things and going to different schools. (what a dorky addiction)
i loved school growing up. i loved college. i major loved cosmetology school and now i am thinking of starting another kind of training. im getting stir crazy.
being yoga certified.
tonight for bible study i got all of us girls together...11 of us..... and had one of my clients lead us through a "christian" yoga class. she just got back from doing a month long training retreat in arizona. sounds cheesy. but she read scripture and some of the poses were more based around scriptures.....if that makes any sense. i was so pumped up about the class. i brought all of my oils and diffused them in the room while we practiced yoga. anyway, i feel most myself and happy when i am involved in some sort of yoga/pilates/dance class. and i love the idea of taking it to churches and bible studies and small groups....and i love teaching people and talking about natural foods, detoxing your body, and aromatherapy. so im thinking about it.
anyway, it got me all hyped up. so now i want to pursue yoga more. from a teachers aspect.
i think i am a lost hippie who missed her time period back in the day.
seriously. im a flower child. i think micah and i both are. and probably milo too.
i love blogging!
p.s. i cant wait to post pics of my house this saturday.....bc yesterday i got a new couch that i loveeeeeeeeeeeeeee. my house is really coming together.

I would love to go to a Christian yoga class - I've always been a bit turned off by the traditional spiritual part of yoga, so that sounds like a great mix!
so in the natural foods thing, would diet coke be NOT a part of that? what about donuts? love, growing a refined carb addict in my womb and gave birth to another one about a year ago in michigan
