here is what the Deal fam has been doing....
going to the fair!
dont mind that the stroller is upside down.
just be glad the little isnt in it.
we joined up with one of our favorite crews:
The Brisco four
ate a fried snickers....
might has well warmed one up in the microwave
and wrapped in in a whole wheat tortilla. not good.
we've been....
hangin out with The Dealer when he isnt coachin football!
we've been...
loungin'
a lot of
dancin' round the kitchen
to fun oldie songs....
and i trying to trick the little into thinking that Gladys Knights voice is actually MY voice. i figure, at this age, he dosent know the truth...im gonna ride it for as long as i can. he can be my little Pip.
i asked cody if he wanted to be one of my Pips and he said "no" bc that would mean he was actually my cousin and that would make our relationship weird. if you just followed that, congrats. you truly love old music. wait, how did cody know that. love him for knowing that Gladys Knight was a cousin to The Pips. Go Dealer. Scoring points with the Mrs.
we've been....
shovin' our fists in our mouths
like all the time. like its our job.
yawnin'
he slept 13.5 hours last night.
starin' me down.
brace yourself for this moment.
kinda cute/kinda sad
thats right folks...
its the...
SINGLE TEAR
he stopped mid cry to watch a little tv then went back to crying.
john morris has been helping lead the worship with jan jan on wednesday nights.
he has some great new ideas for incorporating new ways of worship into the service.
here he is showing off his mum for the homecoming game.
these were all of his girlfriends (well some couldn't come in from college) when he was in the womb. they would all talk to him and me. and he probably heard a lot of their drama. wait, scratch that, i KNOW he heard a lot of their drama. john morris, do not repeat what you heard in the womb. that was confidential.
(not pictured, erin, morgan, riley, anna)
poor thing just gets passed around the football games between moms and kids.
therrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrres the dealer. doin what he does.
intensity.
i can tell by the hand gestures and his stance from 200 feet away if he is mad or proud of the kids. they are the same ones he does with me whether he is mad at me or having fun with me.
haha.
poor poor kids.
jk.
lucky kids. he loves them so much.

john morris sported all of chris's teams with 2 outfit changes. and a Texas Ranger burp cloth.

love this post. also, love getting to see little glimpses of your house! so cute. always loved your style.
Great post! My little is 8 months and it is sooo fun to dress him up- especially in team gear. Confession: I also sing to him and wonder/hope he thinks my voice is as good as the one coming from the radio, especially when Adele is on :)
So fun to come home to all of your recent posts. The little Deale is Aaaadorable. Must see him soon.
Hey Ali, when Naomi was about 4 months old, she started flipping over onto her back, and she was supposed to be sleeping. I finally figured out I could swaddle her legs in a swaddle blanket with her arms out. That kept her from rolling over, and we were all pretty excited about that! :)
